We have worked with clients all over the US and also include some international work with educators. We have a vast experience partnering across health and education in ways that lead to success.
I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah for over 5 years now. As an assistant superintendent, she was hired by my District to help organize and write our Health and Wellness curriculum. She was thoughtful, listened to our teachers, was mindful of what we could and could not do, and she was able to take all the information we presented and organize it in a comprehensive and succinct plan. More importantly, Sarah gets it. She understands the nuances of schools and students and helped to create a plan that was doable for a school and engaging for students. Since that first interaction with Sarah, I have had the opportunity to recommend her to colleagues in other districts and the reaction has been the same. It is without hesitation that I can recommend her and Lighthouse Wellness and Health Education Consulting to work with your district.”

A sample of our work

Missouri Department of Education
When working with the Missouri Department of Education, we designed three 2-hour sessions offered virtually. Each session focused on a different aspect of supporting students during remote learning. Sessions included: Skills-Based Health Education 101; Considerations for Re-Entry in Skills-Based Health Education; and Distance Learning Strategies in Skills-Based Health Education. Throughout the sessions we encouraged participants to take a trauma-informed perspective while implementing trauma-sensitive strategies with their students during the upcoming year.
